\nINSTRUCTIONS:\tReflection on practice is a key skill for many health professionals particularly nurses. Engaging in regular reflection enables practitioners to manage the personal and professional impact of addressing their patients\u2019 fundamental health and wellbeing needs on a daily basis. Self-reflection is essential for improving service quality, providing much-needed support to staff, and facilitating team members\u2019 professional development.
\nSimilarly, reflection in collaborative group work plays an important role in professional development; self-reflection reinforces and further develops critical teamwork skills, can help frame teamwork issues in new ways and create ideas for resolution, and provide insights on the value of the teamwork experience and skills that have been developed through practice.
\nAt the end of your project, complete an individual, reflective practice paper by reflecting on the experience and competencies you have developed during this collaborative group project. While there is no required format or template for this assignment, this reflective practice paper should be about 4 or 5 pages in total (Calibri 11pt font) and must include a discussion of the following:
