The ACA introduced several provisions, including Medicaid expansion, individual mandate, and the establishment of health insurance exchanges, among others. This evaluation aims to assess the effectiveness of the ACA in achieving its goals and improving healthcare outcomes for individuals and communities.

Criteria used to measure the effectiveness of the ACA:

The number of uninsured individuals before and after the ACA implementation
The change in healthcare costs for individuals and families
The impact of ACA provisions on healthcare quality and outcomes
The extent to which the ACA has improved access to healthcare services for vulnerable populations
