Write a 1 – 1.5 page (single-spaced) memo, using proper business memo format, detailing the key points in your analysis and observations. Address your memo to me. After the interview, I reflected on my performance and identified areas for improvement. While I am generally satisfied with my responses and delivery during the interview, there are a few things that I wish I had or had not included.

One thing I wish I had included more of was specific examples of my experience and achievements. I feel that I provided some examples, but I could have done a better job of demonstrating the impact and relevance of my work. This would have helped me better convey my qualifications and value to the company.

On the other hand, there were a few things that I wish I had not included in my interview. For example, I tend to use filler words like “um” and “like” when I speak, and I wish I had been more mindful of this habit during the interview. These words can distract from my message and undermine my confidence, so I need to work on eliminating them in the future.

I wish I had been more mindful of my audience and context, and had taken more time to carefully consider what to include and what to leave out in my responses. By being more strategic and purposeful in my choices, I believe I could have more effectively conveyed my value and fit for the position.
