Topic discussed are the following.
Common hazard. Patients fall prevention or intervention, mobility that promote healthy lifestyle, communication technique, daily routine, improving patient care, stress and immunity, sterile precaution, c-diff infection, gas exchange, fluid imbalance, difference between acute and chronic pain, importance of thermoregulation, difference between hypothermia and hyperthermia.
You should include a minimum of 2 references. Include a title page, in-text citations, and a reference page in APA format.
Reflection on Care Plan
Developing care plans and concept maps has been a valuable experience in helping me understand the material covered in this course. Care plans allowed me to think critically and consider all aspects of patient care.
