You will create a portfolio of resources for facilitating programs. The programs will include title, frequency, goals and objectives, skills required, materials or equipment, 2-3 adaptations per program, etc. The following components will be included in your portfolio:

3. 5 Domains with 2 Activities per Domain

This assignment is an opportunity to creatively present activities. This can be used for your career as your “guideline” for programs in each domain. Please include different colours, pictures, etc.
