What elements alter our personalities throughout our lives?

In this essay, we will explore some of the key factors that can alter our personalities throughout our lives.
Genetics:
Research suggests that genetics play a role in shaping our personalities. While genetics are not the sole determinants of our personalities, they can influence the way we react to different experiences and the way we process information.
Childhood experiences:
